Alexis WATINE holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Université Paris 7,
obtained in 1998, and an Executive MBA from Normandy Management School, obtained in 2012.
He began his career at Schlumberger within the Electronic Payment Systems division and went on to build more than 20 years of experience in the microelectronics industry.
Throughout his career, he has held a variety of technical, operational, and executive
positions, working across several technology markets including digital television,
electronic payment terminals, and telematics.
In 2014, Alexis was appointed Head of the Caen site of Titan Automotive Solutions Group (formerly Telit). He subsequently took on broader executive responsibilities as Group IT Director and then Managing Director for France and Belgium.
In 2023, Alexis joined Safran Data Systems, a subsidiary of Safran Electronics & Defense. He currently leads the Space and Spectrum Surveillance business, focusing on the development of technologies and solutions dedicated to monitoring and understanding the space and electromagnetic environments.
