David is in charge of SATConsult’s operational management, development and financial performance. He has more than 25 years of experience in the telecom and satellite sectors, with experience in the P&L management of UK and France-based companies and in setting-up and managing business development and operations teams in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Prior to joining Novaspace, David was Vice President Strategic Development at Airbus Defence & Space in the Secure Communications business unit. He was a member of the Executive Committee in charge of strategy, strategic business development and product marketing. Previously at Airbus, David was VP Sales & Business Development, responsible for the order intake and business development of the secure communications business unit. Prior to joining Airbus, he was VP Business Development at Alcatel-Lucent Mobile Broadcast, a venture dedicated to mobile broadcast TV solutions. Before that, he was Managing Director of Europe*Star Ltd, a satellite operator based in London and subsidiary of Alcatel Space (now Thales Alenia Space), which was sold to PanAmSat in 2005. David joined Europe*Star Ltd from Alcatel Space in September 1999 where he held different positions within Business Development and Sales & Marketing. David graduated from l’Ecole Centrale Marseilles. He holds a Master of International Business from EDHEC in Lille.
