Jonathan Field is Vice President and Head of Europe at Vantor, where he leads

European market. A former Royal Navy officer with more than 30 years of
experience in the defense and security sector, Jonathan has built a distinguished
career driving international business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and
delivering advanced mission solutions to government and commercial
customers.
Prior to joining Vantor, Jonathan held senior leadership positions at HENSOLDT,
where he led the company's global counter-UAV business, and at Kelvin
Hughes, where he oversaw security solutions and regional operations across
Asia and Europe. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations expand
into new markets and deliver innovative technologies that strengthen defense,
maritime, and security operations.
