Carla is a Partner & Managing Director with over 20 years of experience in management consulting, focused on thespace sector. Previously a leader in space strategy at Booz & Co (now Strategy&- PwC), she currently leads the strategypractice at Novaspace. Carla has extensive expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, technology management,and space policy, having supported major public organizations such as the ESA, European Commission and its agencyfor the EU Space Programme (EUSPA). She has led numerous high-profile projects, including strategic planning for spacemanufacturers, and transaction advisory for major private investors in Europe, the USA and the Middle East. Her workspans multiple domains within the space industry, including SatCom, Earth Observation, PNT, Launchers, SpaceExploration and Space Safety. Significant experience in leading commercial and technical due diligence and advising onmajor transactions in the Space sector across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. Member of the Evaluation Jury ofthe EIC Accelerator, evaluating EC investment opportunities in space SMEs and start-ups (since 2016).
