Laurent is a Director with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and Earth observation sectors. He leads many of his company's responses to international tenders and has managed various high-profile projects, including due diligence and feasibility studies for emerging satellite projects across the globe. Laurent has advised satellite operators worldwide on acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising, and has led significant projects for governments in the GCC, Africa, Myanmar, Mongolia, and more, focusing on satellite infrastructure, Earth observation systems, and telecommunications. He holds an MSc in Space Studies from the International Space University and a Master's in Economics from the University of Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg.
