Colonel Elisabeth K. White is the Military Deputy for International Affairs, Space Systems Command, Los Angeles AFB, CA. In this role she is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in driving innovative partnerships with Allies, Inter-Agencies, and Industry to build a joint robust and resilient military space enterprise that is “Allied by Design.” She leads the 75-member international affairs organization charged with
developing and executing space foreign military sales and shaping the use of armaments cooperations to set the conditions for allied inclusive space architecture in accordance with Department and Service strategic guidance. Col White oversees the integration of international equities into program execution enabling the
Space Systems Center to deliver vital capabilities necessary to accomplish the Space Force’s core missions.Col White received her commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program at the University of Minnesota. She served in a variety of active-duty space assignments which included: Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicles, Space Tracking and Surveillance Systems and Infrared Space Systems until she separated
in 2006 to join the Air Force Reserve. Col White deployed as the Deputy Director of Analyses, Assessments and Lessons Learned, U.S. Air Forces Central Command, Southwest Asia in 2012. She later became the IMA to the A9 Director of Analyses, Assessments and Lessons Learned, 14 AF, Vandenberg AFB. In 2015, Col White was selected to attend in-residence Air Command and Staff College (ACSC) where she was
competitively selected to participate as a Political-Military Affairs Strategist at the US-Embassy in Estonia.
After graduation, she instructed in the leadership department at ACSC and then attended the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies. She was competitively placed into a full-time active-guard-reserve assignment at HQ Air Force Reserve Command as the Deputy Chief of Programs Division responsible for programming funding across the Command. Following this assignment, she served as the IMA to the Deputy
Chief of Strategy Division, Office of the Chief of Strategy and Resources, Headquarters, United States Space Force, the Pentagon, Arlington.
Prior to her current position, she was a student attending the Air War College at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.
