Krupal Patel is the Senior Director of National Security Space Business Development for Maxar Space Systems, where he leverages his more than 25 years of engineering and aerospace sales experience to increase existing and new business within the national security sector. Patel has extensive strategy, business development, and satellite systems engineering experience from previous roles with leading aerospace companies. Before joining Maxar Space Systems, he was a global account manager with Amazon Web Services. Patel’s career also includes working as a senior manager at Ball Aerospace, a program manager at Boeing’s satellite systems-focused business arm, and a project engineer for Hughes Space and Communications. Patel started his career as a member of the technical staff at Rockwell. He holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Southern California and California State University Long Beach, respectively.
